Kit and ABM will agree to the prices for website design and build based on the number of categories/subs and subsequent Site Map created for each project. Once Site Map is signed off on, it can be slightly altered but adding more pages or categories could affect the price.

The price for the SquareSpace or Webflow platform upon which your website will sit, is additional (currently $192/year for SquareSpace's Standard platform - there is also an Advanced option). Please note that I do not have any jurisdiction over any yearly fees or rules that SquareSpace may change in the future.

Licensing: Agreement that all images and content provided (or that we choose together from Stock) are approved for licensing.

If the client has a current URL they'd like to reuse, we'll work together to connect it; they are responsible for any resulting fees on your end with their provider.

Delivery turnaround for each site is TBD - revisions will be included in this price within a certain deadline.

Adding additional content or revisions after that deadline will be billed at $60/hr (half hour minimum).

Time period starts upon receipt of first half of payment and signing of this bid, and second payment is due on deadline date completion.

Agreement that typing your/client name below stands in as your signature once "Submit" is pressed

This price includes some minimal HTML/CSS coding if needed. Any requests beyond examples shown on my website in design section, may require additional time/price, which will be discussed before adding.

All copywriting will be provided by ABM or client.

This price includes Kit adding SEO keywords and SEO site description blurb (to be provided by client) in the SEO section - if you'd like a higher level of SEO, I would recommend an SEO Specialist.
