Kit and Nicole agree to the price of $2250 for website design and build based on the Site Map categories above. Nicole has signed off on this Site Map - it can be slightly altered but adding more pages or categories could affect the price.

The additional price for the SquareSpace platform upon which your website will sit, is currently $192/yr, which you will pay directly to SquareSpace (with my assistance). Please note that I do not have any jurisdiction over any yearly fees or rules that SquareSpace may change in the future.

Licensing: Agreement that all images and content provided by you are approved by you to use on this website.

Since you have a current URL you'd like to reuse, we'll work together to connect it; you are responsible for any resulting fees on your end with your provider.

Kit will design and post website within 45 days of delivery of first payment, depending on how quickly assets are received. This includes revisions from your feedback. I am then including another 2 weeks (to equal 60 days) to add any additional images or copy to the site after that final payment (still based on Site Map).

Adding additional content or revisions after 60 days will be billed at $60/hr (half hour minimum).

Time period starts upon receipt of first payment ($1125 to Kit and $192 to SquareSpace platform, which Kit will help you with) and signing of this bid, and second payment is due at 45 days or upon completion if we make the site public earlier ($1125 balance).

Agreement that typing your/client name below stands in as your signature once "Submit" is pressed

This price includes some minimal HTML/CSS coding if needed. Any requests beyond examples shown on my website in design section, may require additional time/price, which will be discussed before adding.

All copywriting will be provided by Nicole.

Depending on how many Videos/Podcasts and pieces of art you'd like to display, there may be a $25/month fee from SquareSpace so that they can handle your amount of media robustly and not slow the site down. However, with our current Site Map that should not be an issue, and I will let you know if it gets to that point so you can make a decision!

This price includes Kit adding SEO keywords and SEO site description blurb (to be provided by Nicole) in the SEO section - if you'd like a higher level of SEO, I would recommend an SEO Specialist.
